About the Role

As a Window and Door Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of aluminium windows and doors.

In this role, you will:

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, using cutting, routing, and assembling techniques
• Operate general machines and fabrication equipment
• Utilise hand and power tools effectively
• Follow procedures and instructions related to safety and quality
• Pay attention to detail, ensuring a high standard of quality in your work
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for achieving quality and productivity targets
• Continuously develop your skills

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in cutting, routing, assembling, and general fabrication
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions, especially regarding safety and quality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to check and measure work
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for achieving targets and personal growth
