Production Operative

West Kent

£24,040.80 per annum + Bonus!

Rotational Shift Pattern

Due to demand, opportunity has arisen for driven and enthusiastic Production Operative looking for a varied assignment within a longstanding reputable company based in Paddock Wood, Kent!

Duties are varied, but include:

• Working in a busy Production environment, assisting with the extraction and production on raw materials
• Using machinery
• Ensuring top-level attention to detail when products are prepared
• Set the machines
• Any other reasonable duties, responsibility or requests that may be issued

The successful candidate will have/be:

• A fantastic attitude to work and the desire to maintain high standards personally and professionally
• A positive personality with a ‘can do’ attitude
• The ability to use your own initiative with a good level of common sense
• A full, clean driving licence
• Health and safety awareness skills
• Flexibility
• A background in a warehouse environment would be beneficial but not essential
