Production Operative - Manufacturing - Ballymena, Co Antrim - £12,00 per hourAbout the companyOur client is a specialist manual materials company with a strong brand across the UK & Ireland who are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join their growing team.Standard work hours will be: Monday - Friday 05:00am - 14:00pm or 06:00am - 15:00pm, however flexibility to work overtime and/or Saturdays as necessary is essential.Production Operative - The Rewards

Production Operative - Requirements

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, construction, agricultural industry or experience within a relevant role to the position.
• Understanding of Health & Safety at work.
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Experience with hand/air and power tools.
• Counterbalance forklift licence or overhead crane licence.
• The ability to read technical drawings/construction drawings.

Production Operative - Responsibilities

• To operate as part of the team to achieve the adherence to the daily production plan e.g., moulds prepared, all planned products produced, tasks being carried out efficiently etc.
• To communicate daily with the Team Leader on production progress.
• To complete all daily required production records e.g., Timesheets.
