Production Operative - Premier Work Support : Job Details

Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for temporary Production Operativesfor a prestigious Catering client based in South West London. There may be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Our client supplies to London's top Restaurants, Hotels, Bars & Catering Companies with fresh seasonal produce. Due to the continued growth of the company, we are recruiting a team of production Operatives within the South West London area.

The duties and responsibilities of a Food Preparation assistant are:

• Preparing the fresh fruit and vegetables to the requested size and shape.
• Handling fresh produce.
• All aspects of food preparation from cleaning to cutting and packing.
• Precise and accurate results.
• Understand the importance of working in a fast paced food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with handling knives in a preparation background is extremely beneficial such as filleting and mass food preparation.
• Previous kitchen experience is extremely beneficial.

Shifts:

Sunday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:30 & 14:00 - 22:30. Flexibility with regards to this is key when meeting tight deadlines for mass production.

Pay rate: £11.44 per hour.
