We are currently hiring Tray WashOperatives to join our team in Wellingborough. As a Production Operative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smoothoperation of our client’s production line. This is an opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, committed to quality,and ready to work in a fast-paced setting.Key areas of responsibilities as a Production Operative are working within a tray wash environment sorting, loading, andstacking of plastic trays for re-use.

• Infeed - taking waste out of trays before loading them into a machine.
• Outfeed - stacking washed trays and placing them back on a pallet.
• Quality Control- carrying out quality control checks on trays throughout the process making sure labels and waste are

Production Operative Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting in some areas.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required, as full training will beprovided.
