A1 Personnel are seeking motivated and reliable a Production Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential to the manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, package, and inspect products to meet production standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine quality checks and report any issues.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar environment (preferred but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8am-pm
