Description

• Develop, maintain, and monitor production plans to meet demand
• Coordinate with production, scheduling, suppliers as required to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Analyse and report on supply chain performance and implement improvements as needed
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise within supply chain planning.
• Play an active role in inventory management and control
• Work with Procurement to ensure the best suppliers are secured.
• Contribute to the development of supply chain strategies.
• Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Profile

A successful 'Production Planner' should have:

• Ideally a relevant qualification with Supply Chain.
• Proven understanding in a production planning role within the FMCG industry
• Exceptional organisational and planning skills
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
• Proficient in using planning systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Profession in the use of Excel.
