Production Planner - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Role: Production PlannerLocation: GainsboroughSalary: up to £40,000 Elevation Recruitment Group are searching for a Production Planner to join an exceptional team within an SME Manufacturing business based in Lincolnshire. The Production Planner will work within the Production team but also work closely with Project Managers across the business to plan, coordinate and monitor a broad range of specialist products. Key Responsibilities of the Production Planner will include:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules
• Distribute schedules and updates to the production team
• Identify and coordinate the acquisition of equipment and resources, including labour
• Manage the scheduling of goods in and out, encompassing raw materials and finished products
• Oversee stock management to ensure the availability of necessary materials
• Creation and monitoring of the production budget
• Track and report Production KPIs
• Coordinate activities related to post-production analysis

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience working in a similar industry 
• Proficient in use of planning/ scheduling software and experience with MRP/ERP systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Experience collaborating with a range of stakeholders, internally and externally
