Description

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team.
• Ensure operations are in line with safety and quality standards.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage resources effectively to meet production targets.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the shift.
• Report on shift outcomes to senior management.

Profile

A successful Production Shift Supervisor should have:

• A proven background in the production supervision ideally from a mid to heavy manufacturing environment
• Experience in a leadership role within a Manufacturing department.
• Demonstrable skills in managing a production team.
• The ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Happy with shift work,

Dayshift - 7am - 3:15pm

Backshift - 3pm - 11:15pm (on a weekly rotation, Monday - Friday)
