Our Client:We are very pleased to be supporting a well-established and growing industrial manufacturer near Sunderland, in their search for a Production Supervisor.  Recent investment and upcoming expansion plans make this an exceptionally exciting opportunity. The opportunity:In the role of the Production Supervisor you will be key to supporting the Manufacturing Manager in the efficient and effective running of the production site, whilst continuing to develop both people and process to ensure a safe and positive culture. About you:You will have experience in a Production Team Leadership role within a manufacturing environment, with good knowledge of Lean techniques and production efficiencies.  People focus will be a key part of this role, with the ability to demonstrate strong communication and people management skills.
