A modern and innovative organisation working with bespoke specialist technologies to provide exceptional products and services for a range of clientele within the aeronautics and engineering sectors. An SME with 80 staff, you will be responsible for looking after 6 team leaders and 60 production staff.

What will you do as a Production Supervisor?

• Plan and implement schedules, reporting deviations to management
• Promptly address production issues, ensuring KPI targets are met
• Develop SOPs, ensuring adherence and driving continuous improvement
• Conduct daily team briefings and implement training programs
• Support Team Leaders with associate training and ensure accurate shift handovers
• Manage operational budgets and overtime

What do you need as a Production Supervisor?

• A hands on, enthusiastic approach to managing people
• Must have worked with Manufacturing
• Ideal experience in small batch work precision engineering or fabrication
• Knowledge H&S regulations
• Knowledge of compliance and Health & Safety legislation
