We are looking for a motivated Production team leader to join a well-established company in the food industry. you will be a key member in ensuring the production is kept to a high standard. You will be overseeing a new team as this role will be to oversee a new production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production operatives to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Oversee the daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflows and the efficient use of resources.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety standards on the production floor, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
• Review and analyze production metrics, reporting key findings to senior management to drive process optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum output.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet customer demands.
• Uphold company values and work collaboratively to meet organizational goals.
