Job Opportunity: Production Team Leader

Location: DerbySalary: £48,500 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

As the Production Team Leader, you’ll oversee and support key production tasks, including:

• Mixing materials
• Forming components
• Finishing (linishing)
• Dipping and drying
• Product inspection and packing

You’ll ensure production runs smoothly, meet targets, and deliver high-quality products. This role also requires a hands-on approach, including operating equipment and assisting with production when needed.
