Elevation Recruitment Group are extremely proud to be exclusively partnered with an extremely well known food manufacturer to recruit a Production Shift Manager to join their site in Rotherham. This is a unique chance to lead from the front, implement improvements, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of production operations.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – Days and Nights

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a high-performance culture
• Take full ownership of daily operations on your shift, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for operational enhancement and implementing sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—planning, quality, and maintenance—to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance
• Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving and minimising downtime

• Strong leadership experience within food manufacturing 
• Proven success in leading change and improving processes while engaging and motivating teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
• A strong focus on health, safety, and quality compliance
