As a Business and Administration apprentice at The Institution of Structural Engineers, you'll combine real work and studying. You'll receive regular training to help you gain the knowledge and skills needed for the Professional Conduct Co-ordinator role.The Role:This exciting new role has been created in order to expand the Professional Conduct team to support the Professional Conduct Manager in administration functions, relating to the effective operation of the Professional Conduct Department. This role will be the first point of contact for all enquiries related to Professional Conduct, ensuring they are managed and logged appropriately.To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:- GCSE (4 or above / C or above) Maths and English- Relevant work experience within an office or administration environment- Good communication and organisational skillsWe are particularly interested in candidates who are interested in working in the charity and membership sector, who have an interest in the build environment or engineering and who would like to learn about managing complaints, conduct and ethics in a professional environment.Alongside the interests and challenges of the role, we understand candidates also want to know about the mission and values of the organisation they might be joining.The Institution of Structural Engineers is a charity and the professional body for structural engineers.
