Job Opportunity: Corporate PSL

A top 50 law firm is seeking a PSL to join its highly successful corporate team. The team handles a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, shareholder agreements and joint ventures.

Candidates looking for full-time or part-time hours will be considered.

Role Requirements:

• The PSL will support the team by keeping them updated on legal developments, enhancing internal knowledge resources, providing training, and developing client-facing tools
• The ideal candidate will have significant corporate transactional experience, strong drafting and research skills, and proficiency with IT tools
