We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team.
The primary responsibility of the Program Manager is to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards as per the TU project management framework. This role involves engaging relevant stakeholders and project resources, ensuring accurate reporting, and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
The projects and programs will span multiple international regions and include global initiatives and deployments across the TU enterprise.
Beyond the duties of a Project Manager, the Program Manager oversees a group of projects, providing guidance and direction to all project teams, and offering support and cover when necessary. This role works closely with executive and senior management teams and represents the program of work in reviews with TU Leadership.
