Programme Manager - AI Transformation Lead

Inside IR35 - circa £1000.00 a day

MUST HAVE a proven track record in successfully delivering AI/Gen AI operational and transformation projects, including automation of complex processes and data & analytics.

INSURANCE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Work closely with internal and external Business Stakeholders, Users, IT Partners and 3rd

Party Vendors to manage and deliver strategic programmes and projects

including transformational AI/Gen AI delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the set-up of a new programme, with clearly defined objectives, scope, budget and timeframe.
• Leverage skills in AI/Gen AI and data analytics in delivering AI transformation
• Work with Executive Sponsors, Business Sponsors, Project Portfolio Manager, and IT stakeholders
• Manage the programme's budget and timing
• Ensure maximum efficiency in the allocation of resources and skills
• Manage third party contributions
• Manage risks and propose mitigating plans
• In collaboration with the Executive Sponsors and Business Sponsors, managing communications and change management with stakeholders across departments
• Produce regular reporting for the sponsor

Technical Requirements:

• Extensive experience successfully delivering complex projects, including major programmes of work.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering AI/Gen AI operational and transformation projects, including automation of complex processes and data & analytics.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects alongside the leadership of cross functional project teams
• Strong vendor management skills
• MSP, PRINCE2, SDLC, Agile, Lloyd's market

Strong computer skills

• Outlook, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Sharepoint, PowerBI
