Programme Manager - Insurance - Sanderson : Job Details

Sanderson has partnered with a leading multinational insurance company to recruit a skilled Programme Manager for their upcoming projects next year. This hybrid role requires two days per week on-site, with flexibility to work from offices in London, Bristol, Norwich, or Perth.

Role

To support on 2025 book of work for small and medium sized enterprises which is still at scoping and shaping stages.

Potential Projects:

• Digital and Cloud
• SAAS platform enhancements
• Continuous Improvement
• Underwriting platforms
• Pulling together of quote data from various sources
• Commercial Lines credit

Skills needed:

• Strong stakeholder management skills to be able to influence and gain confidence of board level stakeholder
• Full end to end programme delivery understanding
• Commercial credit/commercial lines knowledge would be highly desirable
• Ability to hit the ground running and mobilise a project team
