Enterprise Programme Manager

Household name brand seeks a commercially astute programme manager to join an expanding enterprise project delivery function and lead an important transformation portfolio focusing on driving operational excellence, improving delivery and creating value steams that create ROI back into BAU operations.

This team are at the forefront of transforming how we deliver strategic change across the business. The role holder will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Programmes of change which underpin key elements of transformation agenda. You will be responsible for the delivery of critical outcomes by developing an understanding of the business landscape to unlock opportunity, address risk, and present customer centric solutions, as part of a technology enabled delivery life cycle.

Digital and consumer experience transformation backgrounds, gained within a regulated product environment, is essential. Strong end to end programme delivery, ideally with an operational excellence approach desired.

Experience requirements:

• Strategic Programme Planning and Delivery
• Programme and Agile delivery methodologies
• Delivering highly complex change in business to business and/or business to consumer environments.

• Defining, establishing, and facilitating governance structures to keep key stakeholders engaged, aligned and on track across the business (up to Executive level)
• Managing relationships and processes which are key to delivery including business case development, client experience, product strategy, business solution design, technical and operational readiness

• Regulated business complex programme planning, management, and governance
• Streamlining processes and ways of working

• Influencing stakeholders at Executive Leadership level
