This complex programme will impact multiple operational models, and we are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale Technology Operating (Tech Ops) Model programmes within investment management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a division-wide programme, ensuring successful delivery across multiple operational models.
• Oversee sourcing, people, tools, and other programme elements, with a focus on change management.
