Programmes Engagement OfficerCentral London, SW1 (with hybrid working)About UsThe Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) is an independent charity dedicated to breaking the link between family income and educational achievement.We do this by supporting schools, colleges, and nurseries to improve teaching and learning through better use of evidence. We generate research evidence on effective practice in supporting learning outcomes and narrowing the socioeconomic attainment gap, and we work with education professionals to ensure this evidence is applied to achieve the maximum possible benefit for children and young people.The EEF’s reach and impact has been tremendous: the English education system is now one of the most evidence-informed in the world. This involves working closely with grantees, providing support for recruitment activities, and organising briefings and meetings to facilitate these efforts. You will also work cross-functionally with the Communications and Mobilisation teams, collaborating with the Research School Network to ensure timely and relevant promotion of our initiatives.Additionally, you will:- Create high-quality content for newsletters, social media, and marketing materials- Write guidance for grantees to help with recruitment and engagement- Monitor recruitment data, collaborating with the data team to track progress, and report on trendsAbout YouTo be considered as a Programmes Engagement Officer, you will need:- Relevant work experience, for example providing logistical and administrative support- Experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and deliver a high volume of work to a high quality- Strong administrative skills, including experience with office management software- Exceptional written communication skillsAll EEF staff are subject to a check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
