We are looking for a Project Account Manager to become part of the driving force to ultimately help established brands improve their ecommerce performance.

As a Project Account Manager at Strawberry, day-to-day you will oversee and drive the execution of all things involved in scaling our clients’ ecommerce stores and delivering against their own goals whilst also looking for new ways and opportunities to drive our clients’ success.

Being strong in developing and nurturing client relationships you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact through strategic project planning for both our UK and global clients; delivering high quality work and results for our clients.

A day in the life at Strawberry

  • You’ll be managing, developing and nurturing relationships with your key clients, developing a thorough understanding of their business and communicating with them effectively.
  • Collaborating with our award winning team to manage the smooth running of day-to-day activities, strategic and project planning to ensure work is being delivered to your clients requirements.
  • You’ll be discussing all forms of digital and ecommerce with clients and new business leads, so being up to speed with all areas is a must.
  • Taking detailed client briefs and knowing the right questions to ask to ensure clarity and the ability to deliver a quality outcome.
  • Driving organic growth of your client’s digital activity.
  • Monitoring the profitability of individual projects/activity with a view to managing current and future client account profitability.

What skills and experience will you need?

  • A people-person who has the confidence to present data and plans to colleagues and clients alike.
  • Strives to learn and absorb what’s new and innovative.
  • Always has a positive solution-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to deliver to client requirements.
  • A passion for ecommerce - Experience working with the Shopify/Shopify+ platform, and an understanding of other platforms such as Magento, BigCommerce or WooCommerce would be an advantage.
  • Experience in ecommerce or success driven digital marketing.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
