Robert Half is partnering with a Glasgow-based firm to find a talented Project Accountant, ready to embrace new challenges and drive success within a complex and dynamic industry. For the right candidate, we are offering a competitive salary in the range of £45,000 to £50,000, alongside hybrid working options and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the business unit with month-end activities, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables for assigned projects.
• Regularly meet with operational teams to provide detailed updates on project performance, offering critical analysis and challenge where necessary.
• Produce comprehensive project reports to inform business decisions and provide insights into project performance.
• Develop and manage forecasts and budgets for various projects, ensuring financial accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Assist with cash management reporting and conduct regular weekly forecasting to maintain financial stability and predict future trends.
• Provide high-quality support to the business unit with monthly project controls, variance analysis, and project reporting.

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in project accounting.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Excellent attention to detail.
