Project Accountant - Investigo : Job Details

I am partnering with a leading UK real estate developer, who are looking to bring on a Project Accountant. This role is fantastic for a commercially minded accountant, looking to elevate their career.

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 DOELocation: City of London Hybrid: 4 days in 1 from home

What can you expect?

• Oversee project costs and budgets
• Manage project cash flow alongside development teams
• Prepare management accounts
• Support board reporting and handle ad hoc reporting needs
• Process VAT and CIS returns
• Handle monthly payment processing
• Assist with the annual audit

What skills/attributes will you need?

• ACCA/CIMA part-qualified/finalist
• X2 years experience within a commercial role
• Experience in Excel modeling or a willingness to learn within this area
• Experience using Xero accounting software.
• Background in property
• Hands-on, adaptable, and ready to dive into various tasks.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
