Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and administering all aspects of project contracts, with a particular focus on construction projects.

Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience in contract administration, preferably in construction, with a strong understanding of working with operational teams.
- Strong negotiation skills, commercial judgment, and experience with Health & Safety documentation and project-specific literature.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and project management software; strong numeracy skills for managing budgets and forecasts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.
- A proactive, positive team player who contributes to a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction industry, specifically within contract administration or project management.
- Familiarity with construction project management software.
- Health & Safety qualifications or experience in preparing H&S documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
