Project Administrator - TURNERFOX RECRUITMENT : Job Details

Role: Project AdministratorSalary 23k - 25k plus £200pm performance bonus Hours: Mon- Thu 8.30-5.00pm Fri 8.30-4.00pmLocation: Mansfield

We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to act as a pivotal point of contact for a busy project delivery department.

The role of Project Administrator will involve:

• Responding to customer quotation requests, prepare new quotations, and revise existing quotations where needed.
• Updating customers on projects and timescales
• Liaising with both Project, Sales and Technical teams in relation to administration and project tasks
• Scheduling tasks for project engineers in line with clients request
• Recording all project information using CRM and Excel
• Ordering equipment and monitoring delivery's

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and administration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

As well as:

• Experience of working within a fast-paced administration or customer service environment
• Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work with internal departments and external suppliers
• Good commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
• Experience of CRM and Excel would be advantageous
