Join us as a Project Analyst

• Take on a new challenge in the Operations Centre of Excellence where you’ll manage the analysis of complex bank, franchise and function data
• You’ll be leading small projects or components or larger projects, with a focus on analysing operations data
• Hone your project expertise in a fast paced environment, and benefit from excellent exposure and development opportunities
• This role comes with flexi-working, so you can start and end work when you want, as long as you work your weekly hours and you’re working within core times
• This role is available for a period of 12 months

What you'll do

You’ll be preparing and developing progress reporting and tracking, against Business Five Year Transformation Plans for Operations. We’ll look to you to provide status reports showing the progress against plans, making sure the project remains in scope and that all risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are reported against the project plans.

You’ll also be:

• Managing or assuring any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Managing key progress check points to be monitored and controlled by senior colleagues
• Tracking, reporting on and realising benefits
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions
• Making sure that activities are in place to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders effectively to enable change to be implemented smoothly

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for a capable communicator, who has the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to peers and management level colleagues.

You’ll also bring:

• Detailed knowledge and experience in the project lifecycle
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Proven change management experience
• Experience in producing data visualisation for senior leaders enabled by great presentational skills to support delivery to key stakeholders
• An in-depth understanding of the interrelationships of data and significant experience of working with a broad range of data such as Operational, Technology, Finance and HR
