I am searching for a creative and talented Project Architect with a passion for sustainability to join a well-established practice in Oxford. The practice has a vibrant portfolio with projects spanning the community, residential and commercial sectors which have a focus on sustainability and contemporary design. The team always deliver creative solutions which exceed client expectations.

The successful Project Architect should have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and should be confident working through all RIBA stages. You will need to have creative design flare alongside good technical abilities. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Project Architect:

• ARB registered
• Significant experience in an UK-based architectural practice.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commitment to sustainable design and environmentally responsible practices.
• The chance to work on a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects.
• Leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Developing innovative and sustainable design solutions in line with client briefs and project requirements.
• Producing detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with the design team to develop and refine design concepts.
• Strong proficiency using AutoCAD and Revit.
