With a diverse portfolio that spans residential, heritage, retail, commercial, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments, the team prioritises sustainable design and client-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled project runner with expertise across all RIBA stages, strong Revit proficiency, and excellent communication skills. They should demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for technical and design excellence.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

• ARB registered with substantial years' worth of industry experience.
• Lead projects from concept through to completion.
• Oversee project coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements and technical standards.
• Manage site inspections and on-site project delivery.
• Handle budgets, timelines, and resource planning efficiently.
• Extensive experience running projects across all RIBA stages.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong technical detailing skills.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with building regulations and construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
