Job Brief: Project Controller
- Location: Office Battersea ( London )
- 2-3 days a week in office
- Contract Length: 11-month contract.
- Rate: £500 per day (outside IR35).
I'am are looking for a dynamic Project Controller to oversee a diverse range of projects across CRM, loyalty, and analytic. This role is not a traditional CRM position but will be integral in ensuring the smooth running and strategic direction of various initiatives. As a key player in the team, you will provide leadership and guidance, update the board regularly, and deliver project plans for the upcoming year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring all initiatives stay on track, deadlines are met, and objectives are delivered.
- Strategic Planning: Develop CRM strategies, project plans, and delivery timelines for the upcoming year, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals.
- Progress Updates: Regularly update the board and senior leadership, while addressing challenges such as scattered or hard-to-find information.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support in preparing for meetings with stakeholders, ensuring alignment in storytelling and strategic messaging.
- Commercial Awareness: Bring strategic insights to the table, with a strong understanding of commercial drivers across CRM, loyalty, and analytics.
- Mentoring: You'll play a key role in mentoring and guiding the team to ensure alignment with project goals.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in project management, with a proven track record of overseeing and delivering complex projects across CRM, loyalty, and analytics.
- Stakeholder management and the ability to work with various teams across different regions.
- A strategic mindset with commercial awareness and an ability to provide valuable insights.
- Consultancy and account management skills, especially in managing project delivery and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to prepare for board-level updates.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and influence key stakeholders.
