Day to Day of the Role:
- Provide project coordination within a dynamic sales environment.
- Read and interpret architect drawings and specifications to support the sales team.
- Utilize ERP/CRM systems to manage project data and customer interactions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work within tight deadlines, prioritising tasks efficiently and effectively under pressure.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both in writing and verbally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge/experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in sales support and project coordination.
- Competency with ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Good numerical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Full UK Driving License.
