Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Perth (Hybrid: 50% office, 50% home-based)
Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Start Date: January 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and merge documents efficiently
- Handle tight deadlines with precision
- Collate information for submissions to Ofgem
- Set up meetings for management
- Occasionally travel to attend meetings
- Manage and update project trackers
- Flag issues to project managers
- Utilise Viewpoint and SharePoint for document management
- Prepare and compile key project documents
- Ensure smooth scheduling of project teams' movements, calendars, and meetings
- Liaise with key stakeholders and attend meetings as required
- Manage engagement paperwork, including invoices, Purchase Orders, requisitions, and external resource engagement requests
Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency in Viewpoint or SharePoint

- Ability to prioritise workload under demanding timescales
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities
