Purpose:
To lead customer projects from start to finish (planning execution and completion ensuring that timelines and goals are met within scope and budget).
- To effectively manage each project and the installation team.
- To carry out an overview of every project submitted by the sales team to confirm the projects viability for both financial & technical aspect.
- To order all required new equipment & arrange delivery to site as sold and listed in the sales handover.
- To co-ordinate tasks, manage schedules and maintain effective communications channels.
- To carry out pre-project commencement meetings with stakeholders to allow efficient launch of projects including deliveries & schedules of works.
- Compile task specific RAMS in line with the project requirements and submit to the customer to be signed off.
- To abide by and promote health & safety, ensuring all company policy’s & processes are followed in conjunction to any site-specific rules or requirements.
- Risk and issue management for all projects.
- Responsible for compliance and quality standards of installations.
- Track availability and utilisation of team members and materials.
- To keep all stakeholders up to date with project progress, regular updates and adjust project plans as necessary.
- To oversee and resolve any snagging issues following an installation in a timely manner.
- Responsible for sourcing and managing suitable plant & hire equipment to complete projects.
- Weekly updates on performance, documentation and reporting and delivery of projects including order intake, work in progress and projected invoicing total.
- Responsible for internal and external resources, including vendors, sub-contractor accreditations, insurances to ensure project task are supported.
- To ensure training certificates are up to date.
- Lead on post project reviews, lessons learnt, improvement plans and best practices.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the relevant teams when projects are completed.
Experience/Knowledge and Certification:
- Competent with all appropriate MS Office suite, operating systems.
- 5 Years Industry experience & 2 Years in Project Management
- Project management qualification (desirable)
- IOSH or NEBOSH (preferred)

- Office based/Hybrid working and visits to customer sites as required
- Hold a valid Full UK Driving: Licence
