Are you a motivated Project Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience and a keen eye for detail? Ready to take your next step in a growing company that values initiative, structure, and communication? Working closely with the Customer Programme Manager, you’ll help ensure internal and external projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with real value. If you’re a natural organiser, excellent at juggling tasks, and hungry to learn and progress - we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of projects across the business lifecycle
• Maintain project plans, update documentation and manage timelines
• Assist in stakeholder communication and attend/chair project meetings
• Track project progress and report updates to internal teams
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties where needed
• Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, actions and decisions
• Monitor and document project risks, changes and deliverables
• Assist in presentation prep and general project administration

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years’ experience in project coordination, PMO or a similar role
• Exposure to formal methodologies such as PMI, Prince2 or Agile (or working towards)
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Great with details, deadlines and prioritising work under pressure
• Confident using MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); MS Project a bonus
• Someone driven, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
• A flexible team player who enjoys supporting others to achieve shared goals
