About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Delivery Manager to join the Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy based in and around the South Coast - covering Hampshire, West & East Sussex, and Surrey. This role is classified as agile, so you will be expected to be out on site a minimum of 3 days per week. We have a central office in Havant.
The overall purpose of the role is to manage the delivery of planned works, building safety remediation and retrofit sustainability projects by working with and managing external consultants and contractors. We have a key focus on quality, health & safety, resident satisfaction and doing the right things at the right time, at the right value.
