As a Project Manager, you will:

• Coordinate people, resources, and processes to achieve seamless project execution.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and effective allocation.
• Define project scopes and objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Monitor and report on project performance, using tools and systems.
• Anticipate and manage project risks, providing solutions to keep progress on track.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all project organisation and timeline matters.

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for smooth project delivery.
• Use appropriate methods to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, reporting to senior management as required.
• Create comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and alignment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven background in Automotive Project Management, with strong business, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• A team-oriented mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
• A strong educational foundation and hands-on technical experience in automotive or engineering.
• PMP or PRINCE II certification (essential).
• Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in IT systems and software.
