The firm's core focus lies in the residential market and excel in commercial, arts, leisure, and education developments.

Project Manager Role

An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who has the initiative to hit the ground running. The work pace is fast and understanding their objective to be 'the consultant of choice' is key to how the firm delivers an exceptional service.

The new Project Manager will join a company led by Chartered Surveyors at the highest level, ensuring that professional development, knowledge sharing, and best practices are integral to their service delivery. The Project Manager will have ample opportunities for leadership and career progression as you advance within their esteemed organization.

Project Manager Requirements

• Proven track record in large-scale residential development.
• Strong Employer's Agent experience (preferred).
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Committed to professional development (RICS, APC).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Technical construction knowledge.
• Experience with JCT contracts and Development Agreements (preferred).
