Project Manager (Design and Build)Office Location: LondonRole type: Permanent - Competitive Salary and Benefits PackageStart date: ASAP  Damicor are looking for experienced Project Managers and Mechanical Project Managers, to join our construction client. If you have a proven track record in Design & Build projects and exemplary commercial and contractual awareness, we want to hear from you. About the Role: You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of Design & Build and/or Traditional Fit Out, Cut and Carve projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Project Delivery for all aspects of project execution, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Design Team to ensure construction details are approved, technical submittals are agreed, and all documentation is accurately controlled via our Procore system.
• Supervise and manage project staff, ensuring tasks are delegated to external contractors, suppliers, and consultants to meet project deliverables.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate pre-construction logistics, assess planning, and monitor progress. Creation of Project Programmes in Asta is a benefit.
• In addition to managing individual projects, you may be responsible for delivering a small portfolio of projects, ensuring they meet agreed criteria and timelines.
• Lead the interface with third-party suppliers, managing selection, agreements, planning, timelines, and the quality of deliverables.
• Assess risks and develop contingency plans to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

 Key Qualifications & Skills:

• 10 years + experience in construction project management or relevant fields
• Experience and proven ability to deliver complex Design & Build and Traditional Fit-Out, Cut and Carve projects.
• Experience in managing projects ranging in value from £100,000 to £10,000,000.
• Familiarity with Project Management software is advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of contracts, budgets, and the financial management of projects.
