• Experience: 6-10 years of projectmanagement experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development, data science, or machinelearning with proven experience using GenAI Technologies.
• Certifications: PMP certificationstrongly preferred; Six Sigma is a plus.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to develop project plans, manage deadlines, and track project metrics.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, generate solutions, and choose appropriatealternatives using root cause analysis.
• Stakeholder Management: Managestakeholder expectations, anticipate risks, track requirements and solveissues.
• Industry Knowledge: Stayabreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and training.
