Project Manager (HVAC)

£50,000 - £60,000 + Commission + Bonus + Progression + Medical Insurance

Do you have a Project or Contract Manager/ Supervisor HVAC background, looking to advance your career in a supportive, tight-knit company that will develop and upskill you with opportunities for professional growth and a generous annual bonus and commission structure?

This company is a tight-knit, long-established business that install and service aircon systems to a range of clients both domestic and commercial. They are looking to take on more tenders with the help from the right person who able to develop and maintain client relationships.

This varied role offers you the autonomy to plan your day while managing a variety of domestic and commercial clients, your responsibilities will be creating quotes, winning tenders, liaising with clients, and managing teams of engineers and subcontractors on site. Your work will be split between time at the head office in West Malling and site visits in the South East.

This role would suit someone from a HVAC background, looking to take on a new role within a well-established company that offer the chance to continually develop your career.
