Are you an enthusiastic Project Manager with a passion for data-centric deliverables? Our client is seeking a skilled individual to join their Markets Transformation Team and contribute to their financial product initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to help shape the future of project management within a leading organisation.As part of the Markets Transformation Team, you will be responsible for managing and organising data-driven deliverables with a focus on traded products such as financial instruments, stocks, bonds, and derivatives. Your key responsibilities will include:Supporting Senior Transformation Leads and Business Analysts in organising deliverables.Owning delivery for key project streams while ensuring accurate tracking of actions and milestones.Collaborating with Compliance and business stakeholders to establish data entitlement levels for user groups and new datasets.Upholding a disciplined approach to data governance and access, while ensuring key controls remain robust.Leading and participating in workshops and working groups to refine business requirements, define project plans, and manage timelines.Managing dependencies across various initiatives and coordinating effectively with multiple Technology teams and Business stakeholders.Proactively identifying challenges, risks, and issues, and addressing them swiftly by engaging the right stakeholders.Regularly engaging with senior stakeholders to escalate and resolve challenges as they arise.Assisting in creating comprehensive project update materials tailored for various forums and committees.Building strong relationships to foster a collaborative approach for programme execution.To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:Exceptional organisation and detail orientation, with the ability to track and prioritise multiple deliverables simultaneously.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrable experience in daily management and tracking of technical deliveries.A proactive mindset, with the ability to multitask and seek collaboration across the organisation for issue resolution.Strong problem-solving capabilities.A self-starting attitude with the drive to take the initiative with minimal direction.A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.Candidates with a strong background in the following areas will be highly regarded:Knowledge of derivatives across all asset classes (Rates, Equity, Commodity, FX).Experience with regulatory initiatives (e.g., Volcker, FRTB, SACCR, Basel).Experience managing programmes/projects that span different functions such as Risk, Finance, and Operations.?
