Our client is a national business with an exceptional brand and reputation. They specialise in Commercial, Industrial, Specialist (Retail, Education, Public Sector + more) HVAC solutions -Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems, Climate Control, Applied Systems - Chillers & Cooling, Next Gen Refrigerants, Air Handling Units, Heat Pumps, and many other energy efficient solutions and customised services.

Scope of Works & Service Offering (not limited to)

• Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance (Predominantly Retail Splits/VRV).
• Replacement Project Packages for Splits/VRF and Chillers
• Water Chillers/Central Cooling Plant Service and Maintenance - Any Type
• Supply of Energy Efficient Chillers/Packaged Refrigeration Plant - Toshiba/Mitsubishi/CIAT /Daikin.
• Chiller & Chilled Water Consultancy/F-Gas Audits/Energy Surveys/TM44 Inspections/Water & Air Quality.
• Chilled Water & Refrigerant Bespoke Training.
• Refrigerant Retrofit & Refrigerant Compliance.
• Close control/RCU/CRAC and large condensing unit supply and installation.
• Split System supply and Installation or replacement upgrade. (Toshiba / Daikin D1/Mitsubishi A1).
• VRV System Installations or replacement upgrade. (Toshiba / Daikin D1/Mitsubishi A1).

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a confident, methodical, highly organised and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join this exciting company to operate at the highest level within their client base on a National basis.

Knowledge & Skills | Job dimensions

• Minimum 6 years industry experience ideally working as a HVAC Project Manager currently or a senior Engineer looking to make a move into Project Management.
• L3 vocational qualification in refrigeration/engineering.
• Engineering member of Institute of Refrigeration or other professional body (ideal, not essential)
• Project Managers within my client’s business are all encompassing roles, not only are they expected to deliver work, but they are the technical arm of the sales team and projects which fall under their remit include:
• On site management of jobs up to £1,000,0000+
• Estimating new jobs
• System design
• Managing employees and sub-contractors
• Developing technical quotations
• Supporting Sales team with technical queries

SALARY & BENEFITS
