What You Will Do:

• Lead the planning and delivery of both new and existing engineering projects and product developments.
• Manage the pre-award phase, ensuring all technical and financial aspects are aligned before project commencement.
• Coordinate government-funded projects, including external consortium partners and financial control.
• Drive multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication between Engineering and Manufacturing teams for projects with physical hardware output.
• Ensure meticulous project documentation and support team, supplier, and customer meetings as required.
• Lead products from initial design and development stages through to industrialisation and launch. 

What You Will Bring:

• A degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
• Over 4 years' experience in a similar role within a relevant sector.
• Proven track record of managing commercial engineering, product development and/or launch related projects.
• Strong competency in MS Project and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Location:

Based in Leicestershire, with occasional work across the UK, EU, and worldwide.
