Day-to-day of the role:

Project Planning & Initiation: - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure smooth execution and delivery, including timelines, resources, risk management, and contingency plans. - Align project objectives with the overarching business strategy to maximize impact.

Execution & Delivery: - Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination across departments to meet crucial project milestones. - Monitor project progress meticulously, manage budgets effectively, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Stakeholder Management: - Serve as the primary liaison for all project-related matters, fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates, detailed reports, and strategic presentations on project status, risks, and potential issues.

Risk & Issue Management: - Proactively identify and address project risks and issues, ensuring robust mitigation strategies are in place. - Escalate critical concerns to senior leadership promptly, offering well-thought-out solutions to maintain project momentum.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: - Champion a collaborative and high-performance culture within the project team, providing guidance and support to foster innovation and excellence. - Encourage effective communication and cooperation within and between teams to achieve project goals.

Post-Project Review: - Conduct thorough post-project evaluations to measure outcomes and pinpoint areas for improvement. - Document insights and best practices to continually refine project management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Preferred certifications: PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent.
  • A solid track record with 3-5 years of project management experience, demonstrating the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Expertise in managing diverse and complex projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project or GANTT.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
