Project Manager - Bury St Edmunds - £50k

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of our amazing client in Bury St Edmunds! This is a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a brilliant forward thinking company and team, with great scope to grow with the business!

Salary: £50K

Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30am-17:00pm)

Benefits: 25 days + bank holidays, company car, travel expenses, bonus.

Role Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients and stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of each project.
• Coordinating internal and external resources and vendors for the effective and efficient execution of projects.
• Developing and tracking detailed project plans and budgets.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within quality standards.
• Managing and mitigating project risks and issues
• Communicating project progress and status to all relevant parties.
• Leading and motivating project teams.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Project planning, risk management & time management.
• Flexibility, this role will require frequent travel!
• Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager for a number of years.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
• Previous experience in Agricultural industry would be beneficial.
