This role involves defining and delivering technology solutions within their Commercial workstream as part of a transformation programme.

• Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks within a technology function.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Maintain communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving any issues that arise.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Demonstrable experience in project management, successfully delivering projects.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a broad audience.
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills, able to handle challenging interactions.
• Commercial acumen with experience in value-driven supplier management.
• Financial management skills.
• Technical knowledge to support the project team in issue resolution.
• Experience with both traditional and modern IT development lifecycles (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall).
• Resilient, persistent, and innovative with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in Agile/Lean environments using SCRUM, KANBAN, or XP delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, HP Application Lifecycle Management, and MS Office tools.
• Experience managing multiple external suppliers.
• Background in logistics or consultancy is advantageous.
