TS Recruitment are actively working with a Dry Lining Contractor who are looking to add additional Project Manager due to company growth.

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• No1 Project Manager on dry lining and ceiling project with a £2 million value
• Work closely with main contractor and site management team
• Manage direct labour and sub-contractors offering technical advice when needed.
• Oversee quality control and upload all relevant information.
• Reporting into a Contracts Manager regularly update on site progress.
• Commercially aware and ensure the project is completed within budget.
• Attend Site Management meetings and update main contractors.
• Order materials and plant for site
• Carry out toolbox talks and ensure health and safety processes are followed
• Quality control responsibilities evidencing and uploading work on the relevant IT systems

Company Details

• Typical project value £1 -3 million
• Specialist drywall and ceilings contractor
• Work for leading main contractors in the region
• Work mainly on commercial projects including education and healthcare.

Knowledge/Experience:

• A strong technical knowledge on drywall and ceilings.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First aid qualifications
• Preferably a fixer by trade
• Good IT skills and able to complete technical reports
• A proven track record of delivering similar projects
