Project Manager Job in Ringwood - IT Sector

Salary & Benefits:

• £40 - 45,000 per annum

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Setup and chair project board meetings, planning and running the kick-off meetings for IT infrastructure projects both internally for the business and also for customers
• Capture customers’ requirements at the start of a project via a work request form
• Complete all project documentation including the project tracking sheet with the project support team.
• Complete Statements of Work (SOW) review meetings with the customer and seek financial approval
• Undertake post implementation review meetings with the customer to review lessons learned
• Managing and reporting on project timelines and costs, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
• Ensuring project risks and issues are identified, managed and mitigation plans are implemented

Minimum Experience:

• Demonstrable experience of successfully managing IT infrastructure projects, full project lifecycle.
• Hold PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL, PMP or equivalent qualification
• Able to manage relationships with customers, users, internal teams and third party organisations
