KEY DUTIES

• Manage qualitative research projects: handle recruitment, scheduling, incentives, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead participant recruitment: manage internal/external sources, write specifications, and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Provide ongoing support: manage panels, liaise with clients, assist teams, and ensure high-quality project standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experienced and proactive project manager: Skilled in qualitative market research, core techniques, and efficient multitasking.
• Relationship builder: Maintains positive client, team, and supplier interactions; familiar with MRS Code and GDPR.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable: Enjoys fast-paced environments, solving problems, improving efficiencies, and exploring consumer finance interests.
